Maybe she can go to Sub-Saharan Africa where they didn't have the wheel before the white colonizers showed up.
Can we have a serious conversation now about racial IQ disparities now? About how some cultures are incredibly inferior? For the past 35+ years, one minority has been given all sorts of handouts, extra opportunities and scholarships, every excuse known to man.... and despite this, they still perform as a whole well below every other ethnic group. Can't see patterns though, that's just racist. Charles Murray is a heretic.

35 years isn’t a very long time tbh. Also, the American black community didn’t have the same problems with crime, dysfunction and illegitimacy until the Great Society.

That's why they underperformed. Smartest and most unethical thing LBJ ever did, and that's saying something. He guaranteed a voting bloc in 95% lockstep to the party who promised more.
