The very first murder ever was done with a rock. God did not hold the rock responsible as I recall reading.

that's because its a criminal killing a criminal most times.

And they're almost always using handguns, but the gun control advocates like yourself say those are less dangerous than an AR

Right. OK. Hammers are deadly.

But I still feel safe around Tom Herman.

You think the politicians care about any of this?

It's so you have less rights and they have more power. Agree?

oh i know they don't, and these gang killings are happening in Democrat controlled cities with strict gun laws.

ehh, as far as the semi automatic rifles, what is the use? You can't hunt with them, handguns are good enough to protect ones family. Hell even a shotgun is at close range.

You can absolutely hunt with a semi-auto rifle. Who the frick are you to decide what I should protect my family with?

Let’s play this scenario out mmmkay pumpkin? Let’s say all semi auto rifles are banned. Lefties rejoice! A month later, there’s a mass shooting with an “illegal” AR 15. Then what? What’s your next move? What if there’s a mass shooting involving a semiauto shotgun? Should we ban those too?

This will never end for people like you because you refuse to address the root cause of the problem. We have a mental health issue in this country.

Know how I know you don't know many Elk and deer hunters?

The ones you know may not have the "scary looking WMD" AR15, but they likely have another semiautomatic rifle that you mistake for a bolt action because it's got wood stock.

There are semi auto .308 variants, including AR10s

You do realize that 308s can be semiautomatic or bolt action, right?

I squirrel hunt with a semiautomatic shotgun, does that count? Might want to survey duck hunters about the semi-auto in their arsenals.
