FaceBook has a huge dark side.
I'm compelled to say I'm glad I've never participated in it. I know it (FB) effects good in many people's lives but frick, when it's bad, it can be horrible. Suicides, kidnappings, divorces,...
That is all, feel free to discuss if impressed to do so, I can't really add anything more as I don't have any first-hand experience with the Book of Faces.

My Facebook has always been murders, rapes, and horrible things. You should feel very lucky you don't have any social media. At the very least, be glad you get to make a thread alerting a message board you don't participate in any of that sort of tom foolery. Ugh that would be disgusting
