I have listened to more then a few over the years, but only got to see one in person. I saw Tony Robins a few years ago. He's of course pretty good and I love some of his stuff. Eric Thomas or better well known as ET is nice to listen to when you need a good pick me up. I think for me personally it would have to be Les Brown, and I'll still listen to him on YouTube now and then. His "You Got to be Hungry speech" has to be one for he best. Of course you can't leave out Og Mandino, Zig Ziglar.
I think all of these speakers have a common thread in there speeches and it's not just to motivate, but give hope and remind us all of what separates successful people....FEAR(one of them). It's always in the top phobia list next to death. I'll never forget the study they did several years ago.....Death wasn't the number one fear....it was Public Speaking. Jerry Seinfeld saw this and quoted.."So you would rather be in your casket then give your eulogy."? That's pretty crazy. We have all wondered how famous people got where they were. They were willing to do what it took. Period. They took no for an answer. Tony Robins tells the story of Sylvester Stallone. He got so low to a point he sold his dog.

Lou Holtz. Reggie White wasn’t that bad either.
I’ve sat through a few FCA speeches too and they aren’t the best. Thankfully this year they went with a comedian at their fundraiser.
