The facts...what are those?
Keep in mind we are dealing in reports, video images, pictures.
The physical evidence left over are a few weapons.

I've seen the cop car dash cams, the 911 calls, testimonies, locations of individuals, of which , very few line up with the official report.
Most are in that video posted a couple pages back.

No one refutes these things with hard evidence.

All that is left is popular opinion.

So then in this case, unless you are with the majority, you are unable to build a rational framework of an argument

...basically a strawman.

No refuting the challenged claims, just that population you deem is crazy.

Nice.

It's not a straw man. And that's not what I said, to be precise. You're displaying the poor intellectual abilities which have gotten you believing this garbage in the first place. You're an imprecise thinker and it shows.

You can build a framework for Sandy Hook however you'd like. But you have to use facts. You're fact-adverse on Sandy Hook. When I point out a relatively innocuous explanation for the house sale data in the town, you countered with a tangential point buttressed by a rumor and guilt by association. Not facts.

You said it SOMETIMES was a hallmark of a population being crazy (rational framework) if they did not agree with a majority population...you went on to clarify in the case of Sandy Hook they always had the hallmark of crazy

Yes it is...

More namecalling, at least I'm staying on point

I say the houses in the area had the same dates
You say it was a website update
I say there were older dates for other houses the other side of Newtown
You called me stupid, then claimed victory...

You did not dispute the CIA association with Americares

You called me stupid, then claimed victory

That's pretty much how it went, if it didn't feel free to continue the bullying.

I specifically did not use the word crazy in that post because 1) it's a pejorative and 2) it's not necessarily accurate.

quote:

name calling

When I note something which is accurate and demonstrable and do not name call, it's not name calling. You are imprecise as you again demonstrated in your first paragraph.

quote:

older dates for houses on the other side of Newtown

You actually did no such thing in that post. And you further didn't explain why some houses of Newtown victims did not have that sale date and why other people completely uninvolved in the shooting had that Christmas date listed in the software update.

I didn't dispute the CIA association with Americares because that's an argument which isn't worth refuting. You can't prove a CIA association with Americares but even if I tried to prove a negative, you would say something along the lines of "Do you think the CIA just comes out and says 'We work with Americares.' It doesn't work that way. I know because of reddit and godlike forums."

What is accurate?...stupid (rational framework building is relatively ambiguous, which allows a person to conclude what you may be inferring, without saying). You could be upfront with your strawman argument: that you cannot look into the issue further because you concluded anyone that either has doubts about Sandy Hook's official story or thinks the whole thing was a hoax to be stupid.

That is a strawman.

The opposite of rational is irrational. Irrational isn't crazy. They're not synonymous except in colloquial usage.

I have looked into the issue enough to believe that there's no point in me spending hours and hours of further research to affirm what already seems to be the case: a lunatic shot up a school and killed a bunch of people.

If you have an alternate theory as to what happened, I'm sure that I'm all ears. You still don't have the guts to spit it out, though.

Here's a quick Google search on Americares...

As former CIA operations officer Bruce Hemmings describes it, "since at least 1981, a worldwide network of `free-standing' companies, including airlines, aviation and military spare parts suppliers, and trading companies, has been utilized by the CIA and the U.S. government to illegally ship arms and military spare pans ... [that is] staffed primarily by ex-CIA, ex-FBI, and ex-military officers...." A key component of the private intelligence circuit are non-profit organizations, including relief groups like the International Rescue Committee, AmeriCares, and Air Commando Association, which can quickly gain access to sensitive areas.

Because I don't have a conclusion, I'm a coward?

That's great as well...there are scores of data points yet to go over, though.

I'll tell you what, I'll concede the property date issue was a glitch...let's discuss the next glitch.

The website dates...what is your take? Are the website dataminers stupid, crazy cowards as well?

No. Because you have a conclusion which you are scared to share. That makes you scared to share.

I'm unfamiliar with this particular data point.

It's cringe worthy Jake.

I'm almost as embarrassed by a couple of our brethren as I am this democratic debate

I don't have a theory, I don't know if a wacko kid went in and slaughtered 28 people, I don't know anything to the contrary as well.

Therefore you are flat out wrong...I don't have to come up with a conclusion, theory or anything else.

On the website dates, there is a claim that united way posted a Sandy Hook fund donation site prior to the event, along with several other websites posting Sandy Hook event related topics prior to the event.

It could be several glitches...but it certainly looks like white cell staged info.

Yeah, I suppose "the jury is still out" makes someone a coward.

Everything has to be yup/no, right?

To me, on this issue, that cat is still in the box.

The only conspiracy kooks are those who think they know what happened. It's the same with 9/11.

It's fun, though, when you get called a conspiracy theorist for 12 pages and then the geniuses in the thread get pissed because you don't have a conspiracy theory.
