You can train all day everyday and it still wouldn’t matter.

There are very few professions that fall into the same category as police where you don’t know if you’re cut out for this line of work until you're in the thick of it and it’s too late.

It’s unfortunate but it’s the way it is. You can never take the human element out of it which is something few people seem to understand.

Most of the time it works out well but then there’s the half of a percentage where the cop involved should have never been a cop to begin with and now he/she or someone else is dead or injured.
