You would trade anything to be lean and ripped for just one month. I wish you could walk around and feel good about yourself and have girls do double takes and hit on you in random places, like the dry cleaners or in grocery stores. frick that.

I lost 80 pounds about 5 years ago and the difference is amazing. I feel like I'm 21. I sleep better, eat cleaner and my energy levels are sustainable for 18 hours straight.
