About two minutes later (not an exaggeration) the manager comes out with our food and coupons for a free Whopper for each of us. We were a bit stunned and asked what the coupons were all about, she said "because it took us so long to get your food out to you". We could barely contain our astonishment as she walked off.

The 3 best Popeye's for service that I have ever been to are the 3 in Covington and Mandeville. Owned forever by the franchisee Pontchartrain Foods, they have always been staffed well. I can remember going to the one in Covington as a kid and they had more people working in there than can fit behind the counter and in kitchen.

Chick fil a and zaxbys stand out as good ones that I frequent. Chick fil a is obviously out in front of everyone else.
Beyond that, the tier with everyone else just depends in location. Some variation of shitty across the board typically.

We're just talking service here? As in speed and accuracy? Methinks y'all are ranking Whataburger way too high cause their food is superior to most.
I would put In-n-Out and Sonic pretty far ahead on service... Although I prefer WB, most of the time depending on location.
CFA is right up there with In-n-Out.

For me it was one at the Atlanta Airport (believe it or not)
Sumbitches were way on top of their game.
Back story was I was drinking my way home from the Caribbean and realized it had been like four or five missed meals since I last ate.....Popeye's seemed like an attractive choice to my pickled brain at the time.
Service was great.
