Sounds like Santa did exactly the right thing, but some people are just too heartless to see it through his eyes.

They just wanted their son to have a picture sitting on Santa's lap like ALL the other kids. How do you suggest they , as you said it, "Get a fricking Life"? Because they want their son to have some sense of normalcy in his life they are in the wrong here?

No, Saying that the uncomfortable guy in the santa suit put the "icing on the cake" for them like he knew everything they have been through and then running and telling the media is why they need to get a fricking life you bleeding heart white knight pussy.

quote:

This is what you said while you were judging these people for simply wanting a picture of their son on Santa's lap. How ignorant and hypocritical are you?

They don't just simply want a picture with Santa, because if they did, they wouldn't have run to tell their story and milk their disabled child for all he's worth. They SHOULD have driven to the next place and found another guy getting minimum wage who would not feel uncomfortable. Not like that was the only place to find a guy to take a pic with.

quote:

If we didn't know already that you are a loose, stinking a-hole, we sure know now. I'd say that I hope you have a special needs child to show you some humility but i wouldnt want to put that poor child in a situation where he/she has to rely on a moron like you to survive. Merry Christmas, frickboi!

Some people are scared of snakes, or clowns or being in the dark alone. Mentally disabled people make me uncomfortable. I don't hate them. I just make sure I don't have to be in a room with them as quickly as possible because I am uncomfortable. Sorry not everyone is such a great and wonderful understanding person like you.

Also frick you for wishing a special needs child on anyone as a punishment. Who's the biggest a-hole here now? Looks like you you. You want 1) a child to be born with disabilities (so frick you for that) and 2) for it to be to a person who is not comfortable around them. God what a dickbag.

A friend sent me this necause this little boy has the same condition as my son. (Yep, shitty DNA, CoachDon---GFY). Anyway, I can speak on this because I have worn these shoes. They are trying to make as many memories as possible because they don't know how much time he has left. So maybe in their quest for a bit of ordinary, they were overzealous in their expectations. Santa did nothing wrong. He was clearly afraid the little boy would need quick assistance, but he still gave them their memory. Maybe not the memory they hoped for, but a precious picture nonetheless. And a special one at that. Santa doesn't stand up for everyone. The positive thing I see is that they asked only for a donation to the UMDF, who are actively searching for treatments, which presently do not exist. So, if any of y'all need to slide in a charitable donation before the 31st, it is greatly appreciated.

Newsflash.....life isn't fair. Doesn't mean you have to run to the media every single time you feel upset. That Santa did nothing wrong.

Picture looks fine. I would think this family should focus more on caring for their sick child than a FREE picture taken with Santa and getting their 15 minutes of fame with the media.

They got a picture of their kid being held by Santa, but they're pissed because it wasn't the pose they wanted?

Some people really need to chill the hell out.

You don't need to Newsflash me on that. I'm aware. And I agree. I'm just saying that they probably had some mental image in their mind, and when that did not materialize, they assumed it was because of a slight against their child. Probably because there are real slights they've had to deal with his entire life. Makes one super sensitive and reactionary. I'm not at all condoning what they did. I just don't see this as just someone trying to get their 15 minutes (though maybe that is the case). I'm just more inclined to believe they aren't thinking clearly because they are rushing around trying to make as many memoriea as possible.

There seems to be a dialogue missing from the story.

People feel slighted all the time and want to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Doesn't mean they all want attention on themselves. Some people really belive they need to bring attention to a cause or situation. Attention seeking or not, this is a non-story, and I don't understand how it made it to nat'l news.

Man, if I successfully sued everyone who caused me emotional distress/inconvenience during an otherwise difficult time, I'd have personally bought out Les Miles contract and paid for Jimbo's return.

Child has my sympathies, but I dont think he is going to "experience" anything at that age and with his difficulties. Mom is a moron.
