I called them last summer when a few black guys parked on the street at 2AM and started pulling door handles/checking for open garages. It took the cops nearly 90 minutes to show up and the dudes were gone by the time they arrived.
They chose to let them escape to avoid the ensuing protests that would result and the loss of more cops to cold blooded murder

Because police are harassing the drug dealers trying to do there job.

Just before sunrise on April 20, 2018, Hall and his family were literally dodging bullets as they came flying into their home. He hoped a quick 911 call would save them. Unfortunately, an officer didn’t show up before someone threw some type of explosive into the house and his son was shot.
quote:
“Bullets just started coming through the house, just unstoppable,” Hall said. “As I got to him, I see him lying in a big pool of blood.”
Sounds like a 911 issue, it BRPD
If they called 911 & reported a shooting with injury BRPD, BRFD & EMS would have all been on scene
You can’t tell me all 3 didn’t show
quote:
This shooting has left the Hall family unstable, bouncing from hotels to homes with no place to stay. Yet again, they’re pleading with BRPD for answers.
I guess I need this explained to me, what does BRPD have to do with them not going home?
Sounds like a drive by, is BRPD supposed to put a 24/7 detail on this family?

This guy claims bullets started flying through his house? Im sure when the cops arrived and questioned this a-hole about what would cause someone to shoot up his house, and if anyone inside his residence had beef with anyone in NBR; he had all kinds of answers lol:
The media is portraying BRPD as the bad guy here, a complete one-sided account from just another person living in NBR trying to profit on another frivolous lawsuit.

he was probably praying too loud or doing homework too late.

Realistically could be one of these reasons.
Relative or person in house involved in drugs or selling drugs.
Or
Someone gave info to BRPD about a drug dealer.
