The really scary thing is that Hillary Clinton (probably the next POTUS) thinks those accused of rape don't deserve due process. Let that sink in.

I had a friend in high school who lost his baseball scholarship because a girl who'd slept with the rest of the HS wanted her name in the news. It's not a joke when Saturday a girl is asking you to PITB and Monday morning she's accusing you of rape. Every girl that does this should be stuck in a cell with a 6'1 bald headed chick named Evelda for 25 yrs

I watched first hand, but not in college. It was a scary 24 hours, but after the immediate pile of evidence that the guy was innocent, the girl recanted her accusation. It was still a stain on the guys reputation and he was never even alone with her.

If you would talk to a trial lawyer about this subject and the reality of it, you would be scared out of your mind.
Any Joe can be walking around minding his own business, someone that he doesn't not know or seen before in his life can accuse him of rape and he will be hooked up and booked with no questions asked or any type of investigation to see if its true or not.
It then will cost $10's of thousands of dollars just in legal fees just to prove his innocence before he ever or if it ever go to trial.

Somebody should create an app that plugs into Tinder and the like, which is basically a digital consent form, signed with their fingerprint (through the fingerprint scanner on the phone) and takes a photo of them. You could also upload a picture of their drivers license, showing that you believed them to be of legal age, etc...to protect you from the chick you meet in a 21-and-up bar that got in with a fake ID, but turns out to be underage, etc.

It's getting to the point where you almost have to make girls sign a consent form and have a third party witness notarize it. There should be a punishment just as severe for false allegations.
