We've had more than a week here. Hell, I'd venture to say that we're on track for the entire month of November being fall weather.

We had the right ingredients in cenla this year

Somewhat dry summer
Wet september
Cold October

Most colors I’ve seen since 2011

I have noticed it too on the north shore. Red and gold everywhere.

The red and orange got zapped up here last week on that 20 degree night but the sugar maples are still orange/gold and those trees that turn red/purple are at their peak now. Even the cypress and willows are more colorful than the usual brown.

Just passed academy on airline today. They have 8 or so fairly large trees out front that are a lovely shade of maroon. I was impressed.
