I built a house back in 1990 and the idiots framed it as an 8' house but the contract showed 10'. It was a small house (1400sf) and the framers had all the walls done and the trusses installed in just one day. Just had to put the plywood roof decking on. I went by after work and noticed it and called the builder.
He was not happy.
The next morning I drove by it and there was a backhoe pushing everything into a pile in the back yard.
Builder was an idiot. His dumb arse also ordered enough brick for a 8' house and the replacement brick didnt match and he had to remove it all as well.
Im sure he lost his arse on that project.
