Sure. The anchor and Fox was sued by the drummer. Not sure what the outcome of the case was though.

Didn't realize that was Jeff. I was in Tigerband with him back in the 80s. I believe he also marched DCI in the summers with Star of Indiana. Glad he wasn't seriously injured there.
