this was walmart today.
Well, when it’s one of the only places open to get items...that’s what happens.

if you dont take the precautions necessary, move them as quickly as possible without training staff- hell not even telling staff- then yes.
the staff was told to not wear masks because to "not alarm anyone"
That's the part I was wondering about. Was an adolescent psychiatric hospital trained, ready, equipped, and fully staffed for what was coming? I would think state or where ever they came from would have checked on this as well.

If it takes patients on Medicaid and Medicare that shite doesn't matter.

Whats the point of standing by and watching them suffer when we have available resources. Kind of hard to justify that you care if we’re watching people line up for beds there and not extend a helping hand
It's easy to justify it when you realize that once you give those up, you won't be getting them back. This isn't a short-term solution. The entire plan/policy is to keep this up for months, so if you give up equipment now, when there is spread to your area you are at a deficit and can't treat your own community. Then what?

Brentwood sounds like literal hell right now. Shreveport crazies mixed with NOLA's usual disfunction. Better go bunker down in Bilbo Baggin's and play some shuffleboard.

Are you saying that the employees of this hospital weren’t aware that they were taking care of COVID positive patients? Because I find that hard to believe...
At the bare minimum, the accepting physician(s) and nurse(s) had to know.

You reside in Arkansas, which isn’t under a stay at home order.
Why wouldn’t it be crowded?
