Bring it up to Tri-care in Baton Rouge. Worth the trip to stop fricking around with bad shops. They are only slightly cheaper than dealership, but they are prompt and they FIX things.

Fords famous death wobble, may try a heavier track bar. Be sure it tightened to Ford specs though. good luck

Just had new rack and pinion, tie rods put in. All other bushings seem tight. Replaced the steering stabilizer cylinder this morning. It's still doing it.

You might want to have someone inspect all of this for things like bolts, castle nuts, cotter pins and so forth.

I would recommend doing it immediately.

On my 03 f-250 it was the upper ball joint on the passenger side steering knuckle. You should be able to jack the tire up off the ground and feel the slack in whatever front end part is worn. Local shop quoted me $800 plus alignment to do both sides, upper and lower.

My 2010 250 had it. I added a dual steering stabilizer and it never wobbled again.

My 06 had it one time, believe it or not the fix for mine was what ford suggested in a TSB. Inflate the tire pressure to the correct pressure. I had stock tires and rims though. But as was said before, this is somewhat the nature of the beast with solid front axle trucks no matter what brand. A good 4x4 shop will be your best asset in narrowing it down.

What year is it,long bed or short bed, lifted, not lifted, stock tires / rims? How many miles? Anything over 50,000 on the 06 era trucks and ball joints are always suspect.
