Abbreviating words when speaking gets me every time.
I work in IT and the most irritating is "stored procs" ....just fricking say stored procedures.

Actually- for some reason this word gets used way to much when i'm on the phone with insurance adjusters.

I gotta be honest I'm pretty sick of the "Let's fricking go!!!" exclamation. Feel like that one should have ran its course a couple of years ago. It's time for a new pump up slogan.
I also hate when people say "Ya know?" to stall when they don't know what actual words to use to describe something.
