He certainly exasperated it by increasing the money supply and passing the inflation reduction act, which pumped a lot of money into the economy under bullshite programs that didn’t provide value. You don’t think Biden did anything negatively with regards to inflation?

How long is a “longer” vacation? Chickens you would keep at home are pretty self sustainable (unlike the commercially raised chickens).
Long for me is 2-3 weeks, but the people I've spoken to seem to blanche at anything longer than a long weekend.

Or, since the IRA, inflation has remained well over the Feds target. Even the “economist” that put together this boondoggle of spending didn’t claim that it would reduce inflation on anything other than long term.

I had a friend who had chickens. I say had because a couple stray dogs put him out of the chicken buisness.

Nah. Thats true for processed shite but egg prices have been volatile for last 5 years and will be back around $2 a dozen eventually

I think we're up to a sac of Layena every 2 weeks for my 8 and they've yet to produce.
I've been told that this works, but idk if it is fact.

Either way, it hasn’t increased it like you keep harping.

They must just be looking for an excuse then (assuming they don’t have a bunch of chickens). Because all chickens need is food, water, and shelter/chicken run. They really don’t need people. Just get 2 good feeders that you can keep dry.
Heck, even the eggs are still good if you leave them with the chickens for 10 days until you get back.

I suspect it’s the cold. Maybe with temps getting in the 70’s they’ll start.

Inflation peaked before it was passed. 2.5 years later, we still haven’t reached target inflation. Biden increased inflation through IRA and other spending. Trump did as well with stimmies. But, IRAs increased spending did nothing to curb inflation, just prolong it and make it worse.

quote:You just said it wasn't meant to curb it in 2.5 years. There is no evidence it made it worse, either. You can't say it "increased inflation" when inflation is half what it was 2.5 years ago. You're just hellbent on hating it no matter what because you don't like the president (and Republican Congress) that got it passed.

You don’t think more money chasing fewer or the same goods causes inflation? Do you support the IRA?

That’s not how inflation works. You have a new baseline every month.

Against Trump. Anyone could see he would say whatever it took to get back in office. I’m no fool.
Is this your first election? Jesus Christ that's been going on since time itself. I don't even particularly like Trump, held my nose when I voted for him, but it's beyond fricking comical to act like you're "no fool" but voted for literally any other presidential candidate because Trump embellished.

My argument is that increased spending through green energy incentives increases inflation. And, you do, it’s just much easier to remain neutral where you don’t have an opinion to defend.

Sure there is. High inflation even with feds raising interest rates. You don’t like it because you’re liberal, but it’s there. Inflation is higher than it would have been if spending wasn’t increased.
