I would've guessed women would want the other way, if she's ugly then what kind of standard does he have? Of course each to their own

Every woman wants to believe she's the best a man can do, even though it's never true or accurate.

4 serious relationships in my life, 3 have aged well and are doing great in life, 1 is a serious frick up now and ballooned up. I'm happy with the turnout of all 4

that shite is too funny because it's accurate about 70% of the time.

The women that I date that end up thinking like this is the ones I usually have a shitty relationship with.

I want them to be fat, ungly, poor and living on welfare with 5 kids from 5 different dads.

They live on as 18 or 22 or 27 yr old bodies in my mind.

I saw my first wife/ex photo on the net. Had gone from 6th girl on d-1 hoops senior year to hippo.
Sad to see.

I don't pine for anyone in my past either. One of my good friends is still friends with my ex from 10 years ago...so I get updates on his life whether or not I even ask/want them.

I won't lie...I did get a little kick out of my friend showing me a recent pic of him that he is now got a 80s Michael Bolton hair style going on right now(balding in the front...long hair in the back). Makes me feel like I really dodged a bullet.

I'll admit it makes me a little happy if their wife is uglier than me, but that's the extent of it.

Basically this.

I haven't had any relationships that ended so poorly that I'd wish ill on the other. I did have one girl I came the closest to sealing up, however, who's dating this balding goober-looking dude with the sloppiest dad body ever. Even if he's rocking a legendary porksword and making $500K a year it always makes me feel good that he looks like a tool haha.

"The one that got away" is married to a guy who's been out of work 14 months and counting. I try not to feel schadenfreud.

Because he can. If it's easy for a person to do something, it's pretty much a given that they will.

Generally speaking, women don't age as well as men. A man who takes care of himself physically will look healthier and younger at 50 than a woman who does the same the majority of the time.

As long as a man stays fit and doesn't smoke/drink excessively he can make almost anything else work. Lots of guys can pull off the buzz cut or clean shave when they start losing their hair, wrinkles can be disguised with facial hair, etc. It's jus harder for women to hide the years.
