Broome will fix all this. If we just bring in more economic growth in the crime ridden areas the schools and crime will just magically improve.

No he wasn't. He shot himself in a car near LSU early this morning. LSUPD found him DOA.

In all fairness, raising the economic status of an area does tend to reduce crime and related issue. But her proposed methods of accomplishing this are what is suspect. So your statement is half correct.
