Unless there's a good reason. This has to be one of the saddest articles I've read in a very long time.

Lots of people are signed up for it

But you have to die in a certain way for organ to be able to be donated.

Or give up half of your liver but that is a big ask, it a major surgery.

SLIDELL - A pair of 18-year-old twin brothers will soon be separated after only one of them was able to receive the liver transplant they both needed to survive. According to a report from WWL, Devin and Nick Coats were both diagnosed with stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver caused by a genetic mutation about a year ago. Both high schoolers were placed on the liver transplant list, but only Devin was able to receive one in time. "Nick's now in the dying stage," his mother, Margi Coats, told WWL. "When his doctor asked what he wanted in life, he wanted to graduate. I see it's not going to happen now."

If my family gets a taste of the profit, sure. I'm in. Harvest away.

It's retarded to not be a organ donor.

Sorry, but I'm expecting to be the second person in history to be admitted into heaven, body, soul, and mind.

So I'll be keeping mine...thanks.

When I was 16, the daughter of my dad's friend got run over chasing her brother's dog down when the dog got out. Happened at night, on Nicholson, outside of Tigerland. I remember being in the hospital hallway, and the Dr.'s delivering the news that she couldn't be saved. As the parents broke down, they asked about organ donation. They agreed and her organ's went on to save some people.

My issues, she was old enough to indicate on her license if she wanted to be a donor. To ask devastated parents this question at the height of their grief was an awful thing to watch. I was stunned...

If they can save 5 other lives, will they fight to save mine?

Yeah, that's what they call people who donate blood, too. Donors. More like hosts. For profit subjects of corruption, greed and death.

They legally have to ask, even if shown on license

I got to answer that question in the short time following Pop Rouge's sudden death.

I think my world falling apart allowed some others to live and Excel. I'm good with that.

Even an adult? What about a donor with no family?

I'll be dead so I don't think I'll be missing my organs. I don't know why you wouldn't be a donor if it could help someone.

Take my organs, throw my arse in the ground, and crack a white can in my honor.

I'm signed up as an organ donor, but I'm not exactly rushing to give any of them up. Does that make me an a-hole?

When there is no family, the contents are put up for auction. It's the only fair way

It should be automatic registration with the ability to opt out if you are a selfish dick or need to for religious reasons
