I met him several yrs ago at a charity event with my uncle. I didn't talk to him long but he was the nicest person in the room that night. He even offered me a cigar

I once was in a helicopter with him flying over Iraq and we were hit by an RPG so we hand to emergency land. He gave me a beer on the way down and we chugged to being honest and upstanding gentleman. True story.
