If it didn't stay in your system but for three days or so like a lot of other drugs, there would probably be a lot more smokers.

If an incident occurs on a job site and I blow anything greater than a .00, my job is on the line.
The same will happen for pot if they find any in your system after an incident, no matter how much is still in your body.

Maybe but most people don't have jobs where incidents occur on the job site. Still, I think in AZ you are protected as long as you are not currently under the influence. It will be interesting when it happens and someone sues.

it's always amusing when poor stoners find out there are rich people (who don't have to answer to anyone in the workforce) smoke weed too and use it as a justification.

I once got caught smoking weed at work. Not by my boss but by the owner. He told me I was lucky it wasn't my boss that caught me or he would have fired me. I didn't tell him that the boss is who turned me on to sneaking in the back and smoking
