I get one directly between my jaw and throat, closer to my jaw. I honestly thought I was the only one that this happened to.

TMJ is even worse than this, has happened to me 2 or 3 times and it doesn't go away until I wake up the next morning.

It is truly a terrible thing. Cramps during the middle of the night is a close second.

I have this happen like once every two months and it's always hell. Feels like you are getting punched in the jaw repetitively.
