Little old lady pulled out in front of me. Doing 45-50.
Suv was caged and had hardened seat belt mounts welded in for new belts.
Mounts tore through the body when flipping.
Compression fractured multiple vertebrae. Top of my head beat the dents out of the roof every time the vehicle would rotate in air.
Left accident. Went to hospital. Then went to pluckers and drank until I was blackout drunk.
Pain was... Fairly high.
Another time race harnesses tore my pectoral muscle and broke my collar bone.
Didn't go to the Dr. Pectoral not attached properly and collar bone healed crooked as hell.

Yup. Senior in high school coming back from basketball practice on Hwy 308. No shoulder, see some jackarse swerving in my lane, tried to get off the road as much as possible. He still managed to come a good bit into my lane and sideswiped the frick out of me. Should have sued the frick out of his arse considering he was texting and driving. Totaled my dads brand new truck

Yeah last April lady pulled out right in front of us to make a left hand turn when we were doing about 50mph. Dislocated my shoulder and spent all last summer in physical therapy. It's just starting to feel back to 100% now almost a year later.

1. 2006: In highschool, my Ford Ranger hydroplaned while in a turn on Hwy 1 in Raceland. Ended up going backwards through a fence, a ditch, and hit a tree in the homecoming queen's front yard. Practically the script to a early 2000's movie or a current country song
2. 2010: On Robert E. Lee in NOLA. Sitting at a red light. Crossing Bayou St. John. Car in front of me went, I let off the breaks. Looked right and saw some ducks in the water. Same time the car in front of me stopped and I smashed into her going like 17mph and my airbag went off
3. 2011: Driving down Burbank a drunk dude tried to turn across my lane to turn into a subdivision. I t-bonned him. He then got on foot and ran away. He asked a random guy in that subdivision to bring him home then told him later what happened. That guy, after dropping him off, came to the scene and told the cops where he was. He went to jail
4. 2012: Sitting at a red light at the intersection of Nicholson and Brightside, a girl smashed into the back of my truck. She never let up just came in and nailed my truck. Everyone was ok

Going to a family camping/water skiing trip back in 1978, when I was 11. My friend and I rode with my mom's friend. We were talking about the movie Jaws when she drifted onto the right shoulder, overcorrected and lost control going about 55 on a one lane highway. Ended up skidding across the road and into the ditch on the other side
of the pavement, then went into a couple rolls. The accident felt like we were going in slow motion.
The driver was thrown from the car and hurt pretty bad, but my friend and I were okay. A nice passerby stopped and drove me to my parents who were up ahead waiting with boat an gear. They freaked.

Yeah, my wreck happened on Burbank. The woman who caused the wreck and one of her kids were killed. I was in a coma for three months. I lost my left elbow plus the had to reconstruct my left ankle. I still experience pain to this day and the wreck happened about twenty three years ago. I guess that things happen for a reason. I'm still trying to figure out the reason for the wreck. That wreck turned my life upside down as I was forced to retire. My new Honda Civic saved my life.
