Ethnic/Racial/Religious Preferences in Dating

As a man who has recently gotten back into the dating market I've been having to do a lot of soul searching on what characteristics I'm looking for in a woman. I've also had to figure out what characteristics, if any, are deal breakers for me. One aspect I stopped to think about is that of race, ethnicity and religion. I know many would argue it's racist to not be interested in dating a certain race/ethnicity but I think in many ways it's human nature. Same thing with religion. As a reference point I'm white and Catholic.
I know for me what I've found is that the only religion I will not date are Muslims. Just too much of a cultural difference. I would hesitate to date a Jewish woman but if everything else clicked I think I would find a way to work around it.
In terms of race/ethnicity I will say I do not see myself dating any women who are Middle Eastern (even if they are Christian) or full Black. It's not a racial thing, I just don't find myself attracted to Middle Eastern or Black women. The few black women I've found attractive are all mixed race, most were a mix of black/white and one women I found attractive was black/Asian.
What about you? Are there any races/ethnicities/religions that you simply will not date or just do not see yourself dating? Any that you would consider but would be unsure about?

Anyone who is ultra-religious, I couldn't date. I'm not one of those who hate religion, It's just not a big part of my life.

Jewish dads don’t want their daughters dating you either. Same for Muslims. They don’t want their kids with anyone that doesn’t look like and practice the same religion as they do. Indians don’t want their daughters with someone who isn’t from India. Koreans don’t want their daughters with someone who isn’t Korean. Same for Japan and China. Funny isn’t it?

So in other words you want a white Catholic girl.......end post......me I'd want which ever one turns me on the most and is the LEAST insane. And that we liked basic lifestyle things the same....i.e. sports, fishing , and shite like that. But had enough other stuff we liked separate so she wouldn't be up my as all the time. So basically I want a cool hook up chick that likes the outdoors...what color she is or god she worships doesnt matter to me.

Not dating outside your race is not racist. You can't help who you are or are not attracted to.
I am as white as white can be, but I think if a woman with the perfect personality for me came along, it really wouldn't matter to me if she was black, orange, or purple.

I’ve dated Iranian, Mexican, Romanian, etc in the past. They were all Christians tho, I wouldn’t date a Muslim. Never had an issue with Jewish women. The thing they all had in common were that they were all people looking for love and a relationship just like myself at the time.

That's all true. However, when a white person does it, it's considered racist.

You said that, I never did. I am Catholic but I wouldn't consider it a major part of my life. I probably go to church once a month, trying to go more often but I'm not the type of person you'll ever find reading scripture in front of the congregation, passing out the collection basket or volunteering for the church picnic or knights of columbus. That's my brother in law.
I would say I would date any Christian denomination (outisde of Mormon), Shinto, Buddhism, Hinduism, New Age, even Agnostic.
I could easily see myself dating a non-white woman, just not a black or Middle Eastern woman. But I would date a Hispanic or Asian woman.
Maybe I phrased it in a bad way, but looking purely at the racial/ethnic aspect, are there any races or ethnicities you simply find not attractive? Not to say there wouldn't be the exception but that for the most part you don't personally find yourself attracted to?

I have met women that are not white that I thought were dating material, but nothing ultimately came of it.
