That is maybe $40 worth of material, assuming they buy in bulk. There’s nothing to it. WITF would someone spend $3,500 on one of these. Please educate me.

I have zero idea. Like you said, you can make this chair with some tubing benders and straps of leather.

They were each double what I’d decided my top offer would be, so I only bought one. They weren’t an exact match and I didn’t love the other anyway. I plan to have it reupholstered in leather eventually. We drove an hour and a half and waited in line for an hour, but I got my dog chair!

$90.00 at Academy will get you one of these. It has a cover to keep your head from sunburning and a cup holder. It even rocks. $90 freaking dollars.

JFC. I think I may start making fruity furniture in my garage and selling it for 100 times more than it’s actually worth. Apparently there are a shite ton of ultra wealthy people out there with zero freaking common sense. Wow.
Check out the $10,000 piece of crap couch and the $500 lamp made from two cheap pieces of plastic. Just wow.
Also, WTF is up with that painting behind the $6,200 chair and ottoman?

It's not just the chair, ottoman, and painting - look at the freaking SHOES on the hearth! This woman is artistically and sartorially challenged! She has no taste at all. Even bad taste is better than no taste, because at least it's taste!
