Entering though the left doorway at the front of a building...acceptable or not?

Day after day, there are a multitude of lazy, lobotomized piles of flesh opposing foot traffic as they walk through the wrong entrance way.
These are the same people who stroll side-by-side across a sidewalk, in groups of as many as four, thereby consuming the entire walkway.
How can we breed such tendencies out of the gene pool? Should we just euthanize each of them on the spot after sighting such an incident?

You're being facetious, but I have honestly never faced any sort of traffic while climbing the stairs at a major arena or stadium.
The escalator is always inundated with people unwilling to walk any further than necessary, and I'm just whistling "Dixie" as I reach the next floor in less than half of the time it would take to ride an escalator.
