Entergy sucks with their power restoration time updates

Our power went off in Zachary at 7 o’clock this morning and their update said it would be up by 7:30 and then they changed it to 2:00 and then they changed it to 5:00 and then they changed it to 7:00 and now it’s 11.
I understand shite happens but damn try to be better than that.
Update: got the generator out ran all the cords got everything hooked up and lo and behold five minutes later the damn power came back on at 7:20. So Entergy still sucks with their restoration time updates

Entergy is in the business of generating dirt cheap power and selling it out of state.
They don't have time to worry about you getting electricity to your house.

Branch caused a fuse to blow from a transformer on Wednesday at 11:30 AM. Time restoration estimates went from 1:30 to 6:30 to 11:30 PM.
The moment I received the 11:30 update the truck pulled up and it took them 3 minutes to pop the fuse back in place.
