Most of the large urban centers are at least 15-20% Asian. I think Leicester is close to 40/40 White/Asian.

There's the problem. Consumer capitalism requires people to spend ever increasing amounts of money, so people have decided again children. It's obviously not that black and white, but it's a big part I think.
They don't care who is buying their products, as long as it's someone. You're kidding yourself if you think billionaires care about importing the 3rd world to this country. They are so far removed from reality that it doesn't effect their day to day.
