I’m just happy to hear this one wants to incorporate retail. Between Flatiron and Park Place on W Parker, there was a real missed opportunity to start transforming that into a much cooler, more enjoyable Southgate area. It could be a great little walkable commercial strip with bars and restaurants. They also should’ve extended W Parker to Nicholson long ago.

Yeah, they did the same to University View Apts on the corner of W Parker and Gourrier, a few years ago. Converted a two story apt complex to a gargantuan 4 story w parking garage. Pretty soon that area will look like Austin.
