In mandeville everyone is outside, we've been on the Trace, the nature trail, the lakefront, and not to mention the kids are always playing in the front lawn.

I'm not commenting on Trump's claim of executive power, but the statement that states have the police power and authority to quarantine. That's why I said it ain't gonna happen.
