I heard you're supposed to make it look like the elf hung itself in the bathroom with a note saying "Grow up, kid."

Idk. Never did the elf thing. Elves freak out the kids & me, both. Mine never were afraid of Santa, only the creepy elves.

Elf is killed by Santa tomorrow night and hung from the tree as a warning for next year. I don't have kids, but I think that's how it works.
