That's about the time your wife started hooking up with me. Has nothing to do with the snake oil

one more thing, Florida is a legal medical THC state and many pain management physicians prescribe it regularly. You could look into getting a med marijuana card there

I have a regular customer at work who is also fighting bone cancer. Last time I saw him, he wasn’t doing so well. Unfortunately, he’s progressed to the point that he can no longer come into the store. It’s hard seeing good people suffer.

amen

and that’s what this is about
don’t get me wrong I like to catch a buzz and often do but cannabis has many medicinal uses primarily in helping sick people relieve their suffering. Why our bullshite drug laws continue to make that as difficult as they do is a travesty

It's difficult (read: basically impossible) to say whether or not it will work due to the vast individual differences in the endocannabinoid system. That said, if you're trying to get the good CBD oil, you're not going to get it on Amazon (unless things have recently changed) because most of what they sell is "hemp oil" being marketed as CBD oil. I think your best option would be to find someone in a legal (medical) state.

Cannabinoids are oil soluble meaning they do NOT dissolve in water (dissolve in oil) so they may be applied the skin (including mucus membranes, lining of the mouth) and absorbed without inhaling.

There are all kinds of oils out there. Some do yield a high, some do not, depends on the plant used to make the oil

For your purposes search for GW Pharma a UK company producing plant extracts (not synthetics), also R. Mechoulamb and R. Mechoulamb , Jr (the guy that discovered THC in the 60s and his son both still involved in research, GW Pharma one of the companies they are involved with) also search for the particular type of cancer and cannabinoids.

Cannabinoids work in a variety of ways from causing cellular suicide (apoptosis) to regulation of the vascularity which causes tumors to die (lack of waste elimination or nourishment of the tumor) to actual cellular reproduction.

Loads of real scientific research into actual medicinal use are going on around the world, very little in the USA due to the overall illegality and control of research into it by NIDA (the DA part stands for Drug Abuse so by definition they will not allow positive studies on pot, always have to base pot studies on negatives and hope the study fails, indirectly providing positive like: "pot causes cancer" results in actual stat of lower cancer rates, cannot get approval to study "pot lowers cancer risk" though).

on the patches, she cuts them in 1/2 (mainly because they are 10 bucks each...). the tincture is great, just put a drop or two under the tongu

I might have missed it but what does she take it for? What does it provide when she takes the patch compared to the oil?

my wife has a matrix of immune system defiencies that appear as a variety of symptoms including rheumatoid arthritis and hypothyroidism. cannabis helps with joint pain, appetite, swelling and vascular issues

long story short she was in so much discomfort that she couldn’t eat or exercise and the cocktail of drugs she was on was killing her. Now she just takes the thyroid medicine and leads a normal life

Thanks for this info. Lots of good information in what you posted. I was reading earlier about the effectiveness of cdb oil when Treating melanoma. I know it’s a longshot but at this point anything is worth a try.

Charlotte's Web is a low THC, high CBD strain. The original name was Hippie's Disappointment. It's not great for getting high but you do need to have a scrip or live in a recreational state to obtain it legally.

CBD oil is pretty awesome. just make sure its legit. as others say, it doesn't get you high. It will make you eat like a horse, sleep great, and have low anxiety. But you can't tell you have consumed it.

I will throw my hat in the cbd oil camp.

Got it to help with some chronic headaches/remnants of this inner ear infection and lingering vertigo because I wasn’t a fan of how the meds made me feel.

It helped a bit with that but godamn it helped ALOT with stress.

I use pure kana. Can get it online.

How does one go about obtaining their products? I found their website but not really finding any information for purchasing.

Edit: never mind. Looks at if they don’t sell directly to the consumer.

Sativex is available in Canada and the British Isles. The FDA continues to block it for prescription in the USA. More of their product line is still undergoing clinical trials all over the world. (Sativex failed the 1st trial in the USA being tested for treatment of Traumatic Brain Injury. Failed because they used the wrong measure! That's completely on them. FDA currently blocking as a MS treatment due to domestic competition of a synthetic mix).

Whatever you can find, go for natural plant extracts. There are over 60 known cannabinoids. THC and CBD being the most known, researched, bred for, and plentiful in the plants, but the lesser cannabinoids are as, or more, powerful and effective in varying ailments. Synthetics will be limited to just thc/cbd and therefore lack the synergies of the other cannabinoids. That's kinda like having just the sugar and coloring of Gatorade but without the flavorings and electrolytes and other stuff.

Every vertebrate species checked thus far has cannabinoid receptors. Humans have at least 2 known receptors (nerve tissue and all else especially the lymph tissues). The normal, functional, non distressed body makes some cannabinoids itself (called endocannabinoids). THC is an external mimic of Anandamide an endocannabinoid.

BTW, hops is the only other plant known to produce cannabinoids.

This isn't the thread to cut up in, but my friends who never got really jobs other than cpu help desk.... they say it will definitely cure cancer, make your penis large, or vag tighter, and help you regrow hair. And they said Jesus used to use it, back in the day, which is why the Roman Deep State had him killed, because he was going to let the world know about its benefits. Don't tell anyone I said this. Tell them you heard OWEO say it, and thanks.

I go through a bottle (vaping it) of CBD oil about every 6 weeks. Mainly just before work, before bed so I don't have to bring it with me.Been getting the 250mg dose from "pure cbd vapors" website. Helped a ton for stress and sleep.

I have used the Rick Simpson Oil clone, Colorado Cannabis Oil. I took about 10 ml of the oil per night. There is THC and CBD in the oil in a ratio of close to 1:1. While not legal in La. it is in Colorado and other legal states. The thing is there are easy directions on how to make the oil online and it works quite well. Google Rick Simpson Oil.

BTW: I have stage IV rectal cancer and was told I was inoperable in May of 2016 and that I had roughly 2 years at that time. I have now had two liver surgeries and have very little detectable disease at this time. While I give most credit to the radiation and chemo therapy I have had, I truly feel the Rick Simpson Oil helped with a multitude of side effects and helped make the traditional treatment modalities more effective.

Not Jesus but the Leviites, the Priests of the Temple. Look it up in an inter linear Bible that contains the original language and the English translation. What you will find is the "anointing oil" that the recipe is listed in the scripture calls for "canna bosm" or in some versions "kaneh bosem" the m ending being the plural form, or canna bos's (kaneh bos's) in modern equivalent.

Canna bos/kaneh bos eventually merged into cannabis.

The King James and other later English versions translated it into Sweet Calamus, a plant native to Europe not the Middle east. (also if following the spice route ideas for translation/interpretation Sweet calamus lies in the wrong direction while cannabis Indica denotes India which is along the spice route)

Interesting sidenote: canna, meaning cane, is what the term "canonical" or canonised bible refers to, as a cane or reed was the original measuring stick.

So, the 2nd most common ingredient in the anointing oil of the Priests of the Temple, cannabis oil.
