The story behind is been posted and covered in news. He just said it was well over 80k. She paid back some before she got sentenced to show good faith and get leniency. and she has been paying some every month.

what kind of terrible controls did this guy have? If Kaneitra could rip 80k off of him, imagine what someone not dumb could have done.

Okay got it. She was pretty crafty. But she knew it would get audited..
She set up a fake employee with direct deposit into her account. It was the first year of having direct deposit. It was discovered by auditing account numbers and having hers and the fake one going to her account.
