It was proven (good enough for me) that the judge loses his ever loving mind if someone sits at the barstool he thinks of as "My Precious". He has apparently cursed out many people, male and female, for getting their arse cheeks between him and his Precious. The barstool in question this day was next to Precious

I am speaking of a different barstool than the Lyft driver's on 2-3. It is the one the Judge considers to be his personal stool. While I thought I was crystal clear about that, apparently I was not.
The Judge has been an a-hole to multiple people about the stool next to the Lyft driver's stool many times ion the past. There has never been a racial incident though.
All of the employees and, apparently the owner, were sick of the judge and his huge ego and temper. All of his past tantrums made the decision to ban him an easy one.

Fair enough.. then why didn't Smiley just come out and say that?? By not, he chose to hang the Judge out to dry and allow the implication that the Judge was guilty of what his accuser said.

I am convinced, that a man who thinks it's okay to publicly sit and a bar and disrespect women for a seat doesn't deserve to have to seat he holds. You can call me whatever you want, but it's not okay. Too many accounts of actions similar to Ms. Johnson's have come out. No one has disputed them. Judge Erwin has lost all credibility in the court of public opinion, and possibly has an alcohol addiction problem. Defending Erwin at this stage is supporting bigotry in my opinion.
If the judge was drunk, remember that drunk minds speak sober thoughts.

So with Alton sterling, his legally documented "criminal" past should have nothing to do with the incident in question, but with judge, let's use Facebook accusations to build a case about his past and use it against him......

Only convenient when it fits their narrative.

Random Facebook allegations are now facts to these people.
Wtf.

Have heard the guy is a massive a-hole too, this stupid racial witch hunt aside.

Not too mention on the very same day this is transpiring a black LA Senator TWICE convicted in the court of law of beating his wife and we are being told because those turned out to only be misdemeanor charges and a "private matter" essentially nothing should happen to him. The double standard and hypocrisy is simply startling.

It's funny and quite ironic that the people who are trying to remove him actually voted for him
There's still no way in the world I'll believe any elected official would use such derogatory language (in public), but what do I know? To Gravy, I'm probably one of the most "disrespectful white boys he would ever meet."

Who said it? These unqualified anecdotal accusations are getting fricking old.
Who gives a frick what you "heard"?

A sitting judge can harm you in many ways. I would not want to say anything either. While I do not know, I am guessing his attorney told him to stfu and he followed the advice.
It is a telling business decision to lose a really good customer though. Maybe even #1 on a weekly basis.
Many here speak of what a good, upstanding man the judge is. I tend to believe them. It does seem that he gets belligerent when he drinks though. (unsubstantiated) Many people claiming to be former employees and customers at Sammy's have Facebooked about his issues. While this does not make it true, there is a common theme.
Nobody else, besides Charkeitha (sp?) has ever claimed anything racist against him. Calling her an N would make him incredibly stupid. His history does not show him as stupid. Even drunk, he has apparently never crossed that line.

Gin it up baws
Should we start the "Alton Sterling Investigation Thread" and Get a Gravy all Ginned up,and, put the Public Servants of EBR on notice that "This" is the Website of Baton Rouge.
Seriously it may help people understand the facts if we beat it into their heads a little.

Yep... just like the judge's accuser. Her criminal past is irrelevant as well.

Is that a crime? If so, I'm guilty as well.

Yet Fat Gary still supports Troy Brown keeping his senate seat. He thinks a man that disrespects women should be expelled... yet a man who admitted publicly that he is violent towards women (beats his wife AND girlfriend) shouldn't be removed from LA senate.
Would anyone like to guess the difference between Erwin and Brown? Anyone?
