or possibly, they just don't have 15 guys standing on the side on the road doing nothing, with 1 lady holding a sign that says slow down....
That is about $160 an hour, 40 hours a week.....
that could easily be replaced with one $2 bag of concrete and a sign post......

Yet another government "final solution" to all of our traffic woes. Same shite, different proposal. Just give us the money and everything will be done. Pffft!
