You don't understand, it's easier to attract businesses when you allow the property to become crack houses or when you abandon the property and let it become run down or overgrown.

Habitat for Humanity is our problem, not drugs, gangs and crime.

Bump. She's now emailed and called a national parks association telling them not to award BREC an national award. All because they're considering moving the zoo.

What’s more, Banks-Daniel called the NRPA earlier this week and questioned a representative from the organization about the awards process and whether BREC would be evaluated on the basis of its parks only, or on its parks and zoo. The NRPA representative subsequently called BREC Superintendent Carolyn McKnight Wednesday to tell her about the bizarre conversation. “She said never in the NRPA history had an elected official called with something like this,” McKnight says. “This is beyond comprehension.”

She also has been running her local community center as a personal fiefdom with city money.

Which tells you why she doesn't like Habitat, it's because she doesn't have control over it and can't receive political praise for the work they do.

I saw that on BRBR. And people wonder why idiots like me in St. George want to get away from these types as much as we can.

I wouldn't mind going a day on the OT where this wasn't said on the first page of damn near every thread.

I wouldn't mind having one day where it wasn't true.

You realize St. George doesn't change the structure of Metro Council?
