My birthday song, but you have to wait until September 21.

I cam across the cover band "September in the Park" a few months ago and have been very impressed. The band also has a really good brass section, something that's not seen often in cover bands. They mainly cover EWF and Chicago, but have started branching out to include other classic rock bands. Here's their version of "September." Enjoy.

Of all the cities in the world, Detroit is the best example of not being a "South Detroit", for South of Detroit would put you in.....Canada.

Just an outstanding song. Always picks you up. Wish they still made music like that.

In my mind south Detroit doesn’t mean south of Detroit it means the southern part of the city of Detroit which 100% exists.

Tigeronthehill, this reminds me of a cover band that played at a wedding reception I attended at a former bank in Memphis. Outstanding.

I love bands with a brass section...Parliament & the Funkadelics and Chicago...

Live vs. studio is different though. Russian cover band in a studio...

Her name is Ksinia.

9th grade school trip to Disney world. I got hold of a bad hamburger at the Hattiesburg bus station and spent the rest of the night throwing up, then dry heaving, into a trash bag. The kid behind me was playing EWF on his boom box all night. We hit Orlando as the sun came up and I began to feel better, but it ruined EWF for me.

Yeah, I also like Leonid and Friends. Ksinia is just downright beautiful. She reminds me of a young Melania. I hope to go to their concert in Bossier City in October. One of my friends saw the in concert in Dallas a few years ago and said they were really good.
