The Hand Grenades are different now. When they only had the original hole in the wall on Toulouse they made them batch by batch or to order. Now they use a premade mix. Still a bit nasty then but a lot better.

THat was not the original. It was not as bright them. They used melon liqueur which combined with other ingredients (From memory 151, 190, pineapple juice and sweet and sour mix) created the original color. Now, I believe the melon flavoring and the nuclear color comes from the mix.

Your friend was angry over the parting of ways with Pam and Earl. Granted, they could be difficult(especially Pam), but they were also very good to their employees. I worked for them for a number of years. Pam had trust issues because of the number of times they were ripped off. Once you were with them for a year or so, they would were super nice people. Even the ahole on the reality show your friend was on told him to get over it.
