I have a witty inspirational quote at the end of mine. Maybe the sender is having a bad day.. I reply and boom, day made.

I don't include my email address but I do make sure my signature is done in Comic Sans font (bolded, of course) and I include lots of useless pictures of my affiliations and such. #ProfessionalismBitchez

As long as the phone number is in a format that allows you to select it from your phone, I approve.
Lately I notice many using periods instead of dashes, so I have to manually type their number.
