Its being labeled racism (and it is), but this has more to do with a twisted, sociopathic animal. Race was but his motivator....at some point he would've killed people for any number of reasons.

He will still get a long drawn out trial. His soon to be court appointed lawyers will be forced to prop up an insanity defense perhaps even against the wishes of their client. Jury will have to decide.
