well it doesn't matter what you think. if she doesn't feel like it's degrading to her, it isn't, no matter what anyone else thinks.
some people get turned on when people piss on them. some people like pain during sex. people have weird fetishes. it isn't degrading, it's just preference.

Pretty much. These people as part of their living reduce themselves down to being nothing more than sexual objects. I firmly believe that while our sexuality is an important part of us it is still smaller than the whole. Any position that tries to make us purely sexual surely can not be healthy.
ETA: Some people might just like different things, and they don't feel like it reduces them in this way. I think that this situation described above is probably a rare occurrence in porn.
