That would be horrible for future business. If I managed or owned that place and my bonus depended on revenue, I'd quickly tell the cops to cut that shite out immediately.

frick taco bell. why do you have to go back on the understanding that you have with your customers that pull in at 1:30 in the morning?

This is going against a very big unwritten rule in the taco bell employee handbook.

That's different. Cops can basically enforce three traffic laws in a parking lot:

Parking in a handicapped spot
Parking in a Fire Lane
DWI

They do nothing when it comes to fender benders, it didn't happen on public roads.

Good news is even if you fail, get any attorney that half arse knows what he's doing and it'll be dropped in a heart beat. 100 percent illegal.

I don't think I'd even roll down the window. I'm sure they'd bust it out, though. You'd have to drop several thousand dollars, though, to run it through the courts. Lower courts suck and would likely uphold this type of behavior.

....uh no.

I've been pulled over in the woods and canefields countless times by WLF because they thought I was headlighting.

I always explained that me and my bottle of bourbon were merely cruising and I was let on my merry way.

One of the times the game warden was hiding in my pasture. After gicing him a royal arse chewing for rutting up my freshly chopped road, he asked me to step out so he could see if I had any visible headlights or .22s laying about. I tried to xomply only to find my legs were no longer answering the commands of my brain.

OK, motherfricker. You'd get your window broken out, or worse. How's that, Guido?
