Dude said he was going to murder this guy walking on a sidewalk. Goes out and asks old guy to say a girls name. He says it, shooter asks how old guy is. Old guy looks about 70-80 - dude shoots him in the head.

Driving down the road and said I'm fixing to kill this old man. Stops the car in the street, gets out, walks up to him and ask him to say "Joy Lane", guy respond "say joy lane??", he says joy lane is the reason this is about to happen to you. Pulls out gun and guy kinda pleads for a second or two, puts his hands up blocking his face (grocery bag in hand), gun is fired, psycho walks back over to lifeless body on the ground with blood splattered on the ground.
Extremely sickening. Psycho is extremely calm through all videos, very disturbing.

It was horrible. Wished I wouldn't have watched it. My Dad is around the same age as Mr. Godwin and all I could think about is if that was my Dad. I would freaking lose it. I can't imagine what Mr. Godwin's family is going through.

Old mans children were interviewed by the news. Might be harder to watch than the actual Facebook post. Absolutely senseless, and now kids and grandkids don't have a father/grandfather anymore. This is the kind of shite that makes you question higher power.

I believe this man lost his right to live because he robbed an innocent man of life. In these kinds of situations, it should be perfectly legal to hunt this man down like roadkill and kill him painfully. He should be put in the electric chair

Original release:
Cleveland Police are currently investigating a homicide at 635 E. 93.
No additional victims have been located and officers continue to search multiple areas.
The deceased victim from East 93rd Street has been identified as Robert Godwin Sr. age 74.
Suspect did broadcast the killing on Facebook Live and has claimed to have committed multiple other homicides which are still NOT verified.
Suspect in this case is a bm Steve Stephens 6’1 244 bald with a full beard. Wearing dark blue and grey or black striped polo shirt. Driving a white Ford Fusion with a temp tag. Armed and dangerous. If seen call 9-1-1. Do not approach.
At this time, there are still NO known additional victims. We ask that the public remain aware and report any suspicious activity to police immediately. Officers and agents continue to investigate leads as they come in.
