Again, comparing a college kid's actions to a medical doctor is absurd. Winston was also punished, charged with a crime, and roasted in the media.
I am talking about you personally. You called others ridiculous for their treatment of Winston for their pettiness(which I agree with) You are being extremely petty here. With a nice dose of hypocritical as well

Yes.

It's pretty easy to get completely shitfaced and not empty the contents of a stranger's car onto a busy street because said stranger wouldn't drive you somewhere.

You have to be an exceptional douche bag to pull that kind of move off.

Apples and oranges. I also never said she deserved all the harassment she's received. I've just said that I would be perfectly fine if she never practiced medicine. I have zero sympathy for a professional that acts like that. Drunk or not.

So you would have been perfectly fine if the mob majority won and Winston was no longer allowed to play football.

I've been a lot drunker than she appeared in that video. A lot of people have. Still pretty easy to not rise to that level of count. 99% of shitfaced people do it every night of the year.

Yeah, if only she jumped on a table and screamed "frick me right in the pussy" she would have been alright.

This is such an extreme position to take. I don't think her actions were normal, even for an extremely intoxicated person, but this one incident isn't enough for her entire career, one that takes an exceptional amount of work to get, to be discarded.

Yes. I can honestly say I have never been drunk enough to do so. That's not how I behave when I'm drunk. And I'm an adult responsible for my actions if I choose to let myself get that drunk as an adult. I don't think that's too much to expect from people in civilized society.

I see your point about how certain behaviors we all do can be taken out of context and used to rile up internet crusaders. But I can honestly say I have never behaved in a manner even approaching how this woman acted in the video.
Yeah. Getting drunk and doing something stupid =/= getting drunk and treating a person and his property like absolute crap.

If she got drunk and ended up in something like Girls Gone Wild would be less problematic than getting drunk and acting like she did, especially given her profession. I mean when your profession's most important ethical principle is "Do No Harm" a video showing you doing harm to others is not going to play well.

I agree. But I also expect a civilized society to not go on an over the top internet rant rampage for something so trivial

as a Dr. that is completely unacceptable. I'd be fine if she never practiced a day in her life.

Jesus Christ. If held to your ludicrous standard, there'd be a severe shortage of physicians and nurses, and probably only a dozen or so practicing attorneys.

Attorneys are regularly not licensed for less in my state. You've seen MDs act that drunk on the reg?

I need some examples of what you define as "worse."

Do people in this thread really think this girls life should be ruined for what she did? She got drunk and dumped an uber drivers shite out of his car and called him mean names. Such a terrible human being. We should discredit her because of one frick up?
