What you've said is that they have a ton of information that is easily and legally obtained.
What you have speculated is that her credit is now ruined and her identity has been stolen.

1) I think we all know women who think they can act like this and it be acceptable.
2) Switch the genders on this encounter. That's felony assault and a jail sentence, with the guy probably being beaten up by a passerby as well.
If women want to be treated equally, they have to act like adults. If you're a 30 year old male doctor kicking a woman in the street and destroying her car, you WILL have your life destroyed and jail time. Just because she is a woman does not give her a pass, and the white knights here should think about that.
