From current radar, looks like the yellow spot in Livingston will not be yellow on the next map update……

You'd be surprised. My area didn't get rain for six weeks in June into July. Yellow and orange developed on the map. Then, we got 8"+ in ten days. We were still Abnormally Dry (yellow) on the next drought monitor.
