Drone footage leads to prostitution arrest

Here's what I don't get. If a 27 yr old woman wants to let a 75 year old man frick her after he drops $100 on taking her out to dinner or whatever, why is it illegal for her do do the same thing but instead they skip dinner and he just gives the money straight to her? Where's the logic in that?

Religion mostly. Saving the kids is high up on the list as well. Followed closely by the people who just want to make rules for other people to follow.
What's even crazier is you can frick for money legally as long as you sign a model release and someone films it.
