There are lots of secluded areas along that road where you can hide a body quite effectively.

Or go pick mushrooms. Or you could hide a body while on mushrooms. There’s a lot to do out there.

I watched the video. I don’t have the attention span to be a pilot. I’d be like “wait what? What’d’you say?”

you spent an hour and a half watching someone fly a plane along the river?

The Smithsonian Channel used to have a show called Aerial America where they did that for all 50 states. It was pretty neat.

Just a dirt road through some cane fields. But it has some rough spots and some real low wet spots so I wouldn’t try it.

In New Orleans, with all the wharves and such, you cannot drive onto either the top of the levee or a true river road (at the bast of the levee) until the upstream end of Audubon Park, where you can drive Leake Ave. From there you can remain until you hit the old Colonial Country Club property in Harahan, and have to jog over to Jefferson Hwy. Not too much farther upstream you can go back to the river road and remain on it until you hit the Bonnet Carré Spillway. If the spillway is closed and dry, then you can cross its bottom not too far (300 yds?) from the river; otherwise you have to cross it on Airline Hwy. After that, other than cutting a few corners where the river bends sharply, you should be able to pretty much stay pretty close to the river into Baton Rouge.

You can do it from the Baton Rouge ms bridge to laberge but I don’t think it’s paved after that

When I stated this I was thinking the top of the levee which we ride and I didn’t realize they were asking about the road itself and not the top of levee.

As I recall, there was a no trespassing sign but before that, I rode a Harley through there and it was a dirt road full of mud holes.

I encountered some cattle with a bull I hoped wouldn't want to fight me.

I always thought it’d be an adventure to bike ride on top of the levee from Nola to BR

For the most part Yes, you have to briefly divert in a few spots. We had a crew run that Ultra Marathon quite some years back. I believe it was a 6 person crew running it relay style non stop. The buses and vans followed along on River Road. Runners on the actual levee

Can't recall the name of the race. It was around Mardi Gras

I did it right before Katrina hit. NOLA to BR. I was surprised no one else was on it because the contra flow on I-10 was happening.
